Terms of Service

By creating an account or playing Spelling Bee Blitz (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is open to all ages. If you are under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and provide any email address used for your account. We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary to operate the game.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Pick a display name that you're comfortable showing publicly in multiplayer lobbies and leaderboards.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other players.
• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate display names.
• Cheat, automate gameplay, or exploit bugs unfairly.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans (e.g. VIP) are billed by our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled per the terms of the payment provider and applicable consumer-protection law in your country.

You retain ownership of anything you submit (e.g. display name, bug reports). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spelling Bee Blitz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
